Description
This piece was adapted from a Music Cabinet found in the Smithsonian’s Castle Collection. From bygone days when the harpsichord graced the homes of America’s elite, this charming chest is inspired by a pair from the residence of Senator James Donald Cameron from Pennsylvania, circa 1875. Elegant hand carved details enhance doors, frame and apron.
