Botera Armchair

Description

Padded with 4 different types of foam, Botera lives up to its billing as “a cloud with a backrest.” A chunky cushion forms the base, and the low-angled back allows the individual units to be grouped in front-facing clusters for conversation or back-to-back for a sense of privacy—and the arrangement can be easily reconfigured as needs change. From Florence E-ggs for Italian maker Miniforms, here’s a modular seating system that moves comfort to the forefront and attractively blurs the line between residential and contract furnishings.
